Matthew Day - Head of Development
Matthew leads Product Development and Hosting Services for Idaptic. Prior to founding Idaptic, Matthew performed a multitude of software functions, as a development leader, professional services consultant, and software architect. He has a degree in Cognitive Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

JT Archer - Head of Sales and Marketing
JT is oversees bringing customers on board and making their experience using Idaptic great. Prior to joining Idaptic, JT served in numerous executive capacities for multi-billion dollar global telecommunications companies including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Experience, Project Management, and Service Activation. He has an undergraduate degree in business management from Metropolitan State College of Denver and a Masters of Science in Management from the University of Colorado.
